Corporate Chanakya

6000 sutra's is what Chanakya has written. Imagine the way he thinks. I am reading the book "Corporate Chanakya" and it has drawn me easily. I would be jotting down few points for my reference. I would in my words make it relevant to me.
Factors that lead to true power
1. Intellectual power - get trained. Be knowlegeable
2. Man Power - Have a good team
3. Financial power - control on Finance
4. Power of Enthusiasm and Power - Leader to be always charged with enthusiasm and high level of morale.

With Power comes responsibility
How can you keep every one in happy when you are in command
1. Understand the needs of market.
2. Remember old clients when making new ones.
3. Solve the problem immediately.

6 Senses that needs to be avoided by a leader.
1. Lust - over attachments . do not be carried away with lust of power
2. Anger - maintain cool head
3. Greed - Should be dynamic but not carried away with material gains
4. Pride - No ego
5. Arrogance - Do not blame take success and failures with everyone
6. Over excitement - Expressing extreme happiness or sadness has to be avoided.

Create your law to succeed. But answer the below
1. A law for what
2. Benefit for all
3. Fit for all

Control your office- comprises of Treasury, Army and Trustworthy men

Who is the leader - who is energetic, self motivated automatically motivates his emloyees.
JRD Tata was the first indian to get the piolet licence in his twenties. He started the Tata Airlines which is Indian airlines today.

Maintain Secrets - The more the secrets are out the more the leader has to bow.Chandrashekar Azad never let know what is his next move..he was free with his secret with him

Success is a threefold - that attainable by the power of counsel is success by counsel , that attainable by the power of might is success by might, that attainable by power of energy is success by energy.
Counsel - do not comprimise on good training
Might - the authority that one has in the position
Energy - is the will power. The enthusiasm and passion he shows.
