Arab Ladies Need help
I recently happened to read the Book "The Princess". The pictures that flashed to me when I saw this book was that it could be the story of 
some lavish lady who wants to outrageously flaunt of her belongings and the way in which she manages her life and her fame. But when I read the lines mentioned behind the book I was elucidated on the fact that this book was related to the dark sides of her life that she is dwelling with until today. In fact she is anonymous and she has taken her friend's help to put across her words through her writing. Democracy of Speech that we all take for granted is forbidden for her, actually according to her its each girl/lady/women in her community.

Curious about understanding what circumstance a 'Princess' underwent I decided to borrow the book. Its the first book that I completed in 3 days. I was completely moved by reading the book. I felt that my feeling moved for all the ladies that was referred in that book. Do you know that driving a car by a lady could lead to a punishment as getting killed by stoning. And when such ill-fated 'shows' happen the whole community witness this. Very afflicting. Following are the some of the horrifying points that I came across which we just have not thought about it as a privilege.
1. Not to be physically present when ones father or brother around.
2. Ladies to be in a different floor when men are also staying in the same house.
3. Not to show ones face in her own house if other men come in.
4. Will not know who she will be marrying to.
5. 13 years old can marry an 60 years old man.
6. Ladies to be completely veiled when they go out after they see their first blood.
7. One has to be scared of ones own male workers, as they could object to the attitude of the ladies owner.
8. A man could have more that 4 wife's.
9. The ladies are not supposed to drive a vehicle.
10. The ladies should always be escorted by a man
11. The ladies do not have access to their passport.
12. Ladies should provide permission letter from their husband/father to the airport authorities if they need to travel.
13. Ladies are not supposed to marry an outsider.
14. Men of the house declare the punishment. It could be like drowning the girl in the swimming pool, lock the lady in the 4 walled room, amputate her ears and nose..these are which I have heard.
These are the few points that Iremember.
After reading the book my thought was on how I could help my fellow female human beings. I being is southern Asia, I have literally no idea as to what means I could help. But as the 'Princess" has a friend to write the book for her, I thought I could put across the suffering of the womanhood of the Arabs in my own way so the word spreads and someone who is destined would go to help them. I pray the Lord that they believe in to help them.

Inevitable!!
Once you get up in the morning, one can clearly picture the happenings that would follow that day and predict the outcome of the actions and be mentally prepared for it. But do you think 'what if it does not happen in this planned way'??. It can happen to anyone. Yesterday I felt the shake in my routine life. I am riding back home and it started to rain. I enjoy the feeling of rain hitting me from above when I ride and I just went with the flow. But ahead was something that I did not notice, i was destined to experience the fact that I am an immortal being and I might be welcomed by the Yama lord any time. When the breaks of my vehicle was initiated it rubbed against the sand gravel below and along with the rain water it mastered a occasion of a slippage. I had a grand fall with my scooter skidding behind me and my helmet skidding before me. My bag was dragged by my scooter . I found myself lying between the scooter and the helmet with my sandals on either side of me. I think this incident took 2 second. My only thought at that point was that I did not want to bother the traffic being stopped because of me. I could get back on my feet, pick my helmet and put my slipper and eyed my bag to check if its still there in proper condition. The reason being it had my laptop which did not belong to me. A stranger was helpful in moving my vehicle to the side of the road. I then check on myself, found that I had hurt my palm, legs and hands. I did not want to bother my father, I manged to ride in the same situation and get to the doctor to treatment. It has so happened that the rain god grace had turned as a curse to many two wheeler riders. At the doctor's clinic I found another young men's head bleeding .
I am thankful that I was not badly hurt, i was moved to see my son that day. He seemed to be shaken in seeing me not as active as everyday. After telling the incident he was telling me to drive slowly. His innocence was so genuine.

Trip to my Native
Would like 
to pen down ( not literally ) my experience in my home town. Actually, I have questioned myself -Is the place I visited last week my hometown?? Hometown is supposed to be a place where one is grown up, right ? Let me call it my Native. Yes, I was born here but never got the opportunity to grow in the place. Its South India. Its the most happening place of tourism in Asia. But now I doubt due to recession the stituation could be otherwise. I had planned this trip as i had to attend the house warming ceremony of my uncle and it was the occasion of getting to meet all my relatives after a long time .I had always enjoyed the journey. It was the best experience for me until that night. After 9.30pm my journey turned to be a nightmare, can anyone just imagine that the a smallest parasite could be so painfull. I had bedbugs all over the seat that I settled to. Its the first time I experienced the bite of a bedbug ( cannot tell it was one or a million), cause i had completely turned red when I got down the bus. I am sure that the bedbug had a very good feast out of me. Amazing fact about I was never able to see ths nocturnel insect by my naked eyes. A commuter who was sitting behind me was hunting as

The pain was soon overcome after I stepped down the bus and found myself surrounded by the
morning mist. Kerala is called the 'God's own country' and i completely agree with it. Its Febraury and I found the mist until 8 in the morning. My son had a good time in his grandparents place. He was wondering off to watch the Cow in the shed, the Cock, and the Cat.. the animals which is rarely finds here. The owner of the house where I went to attend the Celebration is a Saudi visa holder ( the house it the outcome of the hard earned Riyals). It was a large house and it was too luxious for just 4 members of the family to stay. But its ones lifestyle. I could contribute in being happy for my uncle you has built such a wonderful house for his family. The taps installed was made of crystal and the door had a amazing lock. It had 3 portch, two in the first floor and one at the ground floor. Its the best place that I found in the entire house.
The place is basically a village with lush greenary around. One is welcomed with Cashsewnut trees on either sides of the road. If you are tired, you just need to pluck the fruit and eat. One could find cows around grazing and sometimes wild bore pass as you walk by. After you climb the hill you will need to cross over a small stream. The bridge is made by a trunck of the arecanut tree. Initally one needs courage. Its a habit for people settled there. The path to another uncles house is by the side of this small stream. At few locations on the way you would encounter a mini waterfall. I am just overwhelmed by the beauty, which the people habitualted do not find any meaning to it. Sometime its the steep hill that we need to climb up and the next movement its a slope down the other side of the hill that you could run down with ease, finally I reach another uncle's house. I hope you could picture the beauty, few pictures are here to send you the snapshots that I have in mind.

Look whose shopping!!
Lesson learnt from taking my Son shopping - "Avoid taking kids to Shopping!!!" . This might sound offensive/cruel but belive me its really a fact. This would be a last day that I take him to the mall to buy the routine house items. We found that were doing the monitoring of my son than buying things, because the choosing resposibility was done by my Son, who was uninvited to do it. He takes all things that reaches his hands and the basket was full of chocolates when we reached the Bill counter. We had to request the Counter guy to ignore three fourth of the items in the basket. I found it annoying at the same time Sweet with this 2 year old who thinks he has grown big to take up this errand.

Indian Institute of World Culture
I would like to introduce you to the Library that I am a member of since 2002. Its the "Indian Institute of World Culture". Being a member there has made me to love books and I have realised the satisfaction in reading. The question that one could have is what made me to tell me about this Library!! . Here is what I am eager to tell - I happened to borrow an usual Novel and two Magazines which I did not take meaning to read it, its just for the sake that I had the card. But I find that without my knowledge I have done something which has now helped me to explore the "World of Gita". The Magazine is "Gita for Everyday Living".
My opinion about what modern world fells about Gita is that its just a book on what advices Krishna gives Arjuna. But reading this Magazine I have explored more. Here are few topics that the magazine talks about
1. Work Ethics ( Who does not need this!!)
2. True Love and Happiness ( Hey Valentine's day is around )
3. Emotional Stability ( God..we need this..Recession is all around ;( )
4. Self Transformation ( Does one have time to think about self )
5. Ecological Balance ( What is this ???)
6. Management Lessons ( How do I handle my Manager !!!)
I feel all that is mentioned about is very much related to our world.
So friends..do subscribe this book...it can give another meaning to life.
This book is supported by Swami Vivekananda's words which could be absorbed by the modern world. This is one of the Statement that Swami said - Stand up and Fight.
